While the UK is under lockdown and residents are urged to stay home, people have been turning to the internet to live the American dream.
Property website Rightmove has revealed its most viewed overseas properties so far this year - with four American homes topping the list.
Tim Bannister, Rightmove director of property data, said: “Travelling abroad has been restricted for quite some time now, but these measures haven’t stopped the public from scrolling through Rightmove Overseas to discover their favourite American mansions.
“There remains a huge appetite to view stunning overseas homes and this round-up includes a bulletproof New York fortress.”
