If you were to choose your favourite meal what would it be, where and why?

That’s an easy one I absolutely love Teatro on Botanic Avenue in Belfast, they do the best lamb kofta I have ever tasted and their sticky toffee pudding is ridiculously good.

What has been your proudest moment?

Well apart from winning Hairdresser of the Year at the Shaz Award’s the past two years, probably being a finalist in the British Hairdressing Awards. Just getting to the final was such a surreal experience and being in the same room as many of my hair hero’s, also running and finishing the Belfast Marathon was quite a proud moment as well.

What was the most frightening moment of your life?

Probably the bungee jump I did on holiday about five years ago. I literally could hardly breathe before I jumped, but I am glad I did it, though it was definitely an experience I won’t do again.

How would you describe your taste in clothes?

I suppose would be usually a lot of black, grungy almost Goth like at times. I adore Vivienne Westwood clothing as it is always quirky, different and the cut is always impeccable.

What would you do if you won a million pounds?

There would definitely be a lot of shopping, and I’d probably make sure my mum, dad and sister got their share too -my family mean everything to me.

What was your most embarrassing moment?

When I was about 15 years old I was running to get the train to Belfast and slipped a disk in my back, the train got to Great Victoria Street station and I literally couldn’t stand. The conductor had to call an ambulance for me and everyone on the train was held up by me I was mortified.

Describe your best ever holiday. What would your dream holiday be?

My favourite holiday was a three week break on a beautiful island of the coast of Tunisia, it was complete bliss. My dream holiday would be an adventure holiday to the Amazon. I think that would be incredible.

What is your greatest remaining ambition?

To win the British Hairdressing Awards and become even more involved in the fashion side of things maybe in London at Fashion Week.

Nigella Lawson.

If you were stranded on a desert island what three things would you want with you?

The three things I would want with me would be my partner Seamus, my dogs and a life time supply of Jack Daniels…it sounds pretty perfect when do I leave?
