Maiden City 4th most monogamous in UK says ‘Sugar Daddy’ site

The website - SeekingArrangement.com - claims to be the ‘world’s largest website for mutually beneficial relationships.’

It claims to have polled 4,500 European female members to reveal Europe and the UKs most monogamous cities.

The data varies by city. Cities with the highest percentage of the average were ranked at the top.

London tops the list of “Most Monogamous Cities in Europe” as well as the “Most Monogamous Cities in the UK” with 75 per cent of women claiming to have only slept with one person or less annually.

Londonderry comes seventh in Europe with 59 per cent of women from the city registered with the site as interested in finding a ‘sugar daddy’ claiming to sleep with one person or less per year. The same statisic places the Maiden City as fourth most monogamous city in the UK.

“Monogamy is not dead,” says Brandon Wade, Chief Execitive of Seeking Arrangment. “Unlike the 90s and 2000s, women are more fiscally motivated.

“They believe in investment, which has trickled down into behavior and when making decisions keeping relationships and working on them, rather than just moving on to the next one.”

By polling women on the number of partners they have annually, SeekingArrangement.com also found which cities were the least monogamous.

The following are cities in the UK that were far from monogamy; Manchester, England 63 per cent of female members sleeps with more than eight men per year; Edinburgh, Scotland 55 per cent of female members sleeps with more than eight men per year; Gloucestershire, England 60 per cent of female members sleeps with more than seven men per year; Monmouthshire, Wales 52 per cent of female members sleeps with more than five men per year; and Highland, Scotland 45 per cent of female members sleeps with more than five men per year.
