Antrim Borough Council is delighted to present a night of soulful music at the Old Courthouse this Thursday, October 17, in the form of Manukahunney.

Take three fine female voices, add the class of The Supremes, the funk of James Brown, the soul of Aretha, and a slice of now.

Blend with brass and rhythm sections drawn from Northern Ireland’s hottest musical talent; and what you have is the sweet sound of Manukahunney.

Having stolen the show at this year’s Party in the Park at Antrim Castle Gardens, where their infectious performance had the appreciative audience dancing for the duration of their set, the Council just couldn’t resist bringing them back to weave their soulful magic at The Old Courthouse.

Support on the night comes from the fantastic Freedom 35s, a four-piece instrumental funk soul band originating from Armagh who are gaining a cult following for their original sounds!

It promises to be a funky good night, so come prepared to dance!

Tickets cost £10/£8 concession and are available from the Box Office on 028 9446 3113 or by visiting www.antrim.gov.uk/boxoffice
