Massereene University of the Third age returns

Just because you’re retired, you don’t have to be retiring!

That’s the clear message from Massereene University of the Third Age, which has put together a varied programme for the coming season with something to appeal to everyone.

The opening meeting will take place on Friday, September 25 at 10.30am in Antrim Library when Guy Warner from the Ulster Aviation Society will give a talk on Airships over Ulster during World War 1.

Now entering its third season, Massereene U3A already has over 100 members but new members will also be very welcome.

In addition to the monthly meetings, the U3A offers a wide variety of interest groups. These range from Bridge to Natural History and from French to Computer Skills.

Membership of Massereene U3A costs £15 per year.
