Moo-clinics open at Abbeycentre
A series of workshops to repair one of the vandalised Cow Parade sculptures will be held at the Abbeycentre from Wednesday, August 22 to Friday, August 24.
Last month, mindless vandals damaged the sculptures - which were decorated by local school children - at Lilian Bland Community Park in Glengormley and Sixmilewater causing widespread outrage.
The Abbeycentre has agreed to offer space for the workshops and children from Ashgrove and Glengormley primary schools who worked on ‘Miss Glen’ are invited to help restore the cow to its former glory.
The workshops run each day in the Abbeycentre from 10.30am to 2.30am.
