MOTORS: Motability’s autumn price list unveils great choice for customers

Motability, the leading car scheme for disabled people, has unveiled a great range of cars in its autumn price list, including new models and over 750 eco-friendly vehicles.

Disabled motorists can choose from a wide range of around 2,000 cars to lease through the Motability Scheme, with around 450 available at no Advance Payment. There are also hundreds of automatic options, with over 50 available at no Advance Payment.

Perfect for those with families, or early Christmas shopping to cater for, the new Ford B-Max 1.4 Zetec is available from £95 Advance Payment and the Honda Civic 1.4 SE, with flexible folding seats, is available at no Advance Payment. Also great for getting out and about is the SKODA Roomster 1.2 S and the classic Vauxhall Astra 1.6 Exclusive, both available at no Advance Payment.

Anyone who receives the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance or the War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement can exchange the weekly payment to lease a new car through Motability. Insurance, servicing, RAC breakdown assistance and replacement tyres are also included in the cost of the lease.

Also available to lease with no Advance Payment is the Citroen C4 1.6 VTR+ with rear parking sensors, the Renault Megane1.5TD Dynamique with TomTom Sat Nav, and family-friendly Vauxhall Meriva 1.7TD Exclusiv with flexible seating arrangements.

For customers requiring an automatic model, the roomy Hyundai i30 1.6 Active is available at no Advance Payment and the comfortable Peugeot 3008 Crossover 1.6TD Active is available from £499 Advance Payment.

There are over 750 eco-friendly vehicles available to lease, with emissions of 120g of CO2 per km or less, offering customers the option to select a ‘greener’ car. The nippy Kia cee’d 1.6CRDi or the stylish Citroen DS3 1.6TD Dstyle are both low emission cars and available at no Advance Payment.
