Commenting on the new concept store, Neville Moore, Managing Director of Ulster Stores said; “Our new Slumber Slumber bed department has been in the development stage for many years and offers a one stop shop for customers searching for the perfect bed.

“Research told us that customers found the bed buying process incredibly difficult.

“To eradicate this we have developed our own unique bed buying system which simplifies this and makes the process much easier. We have also introduced a special bed buying guide which takes customer through the process step by step; as well as having a team of highly trained ‘bed specialists’ on hand to answer any questions our customers may have.

Beds are often an expensive item. We want our customers to feel utterly confident that they are making the right purchasing decision; and initial customer feedback has been hugely positive.”

Also unique to this department is a trial system that has been called “Time to Try”; where customers can pick up a freshly laundered pillow and test out the beds; after working through a personalised bed comfort rating system to identify which beds will be most suitable for them.

The Slumber Slumber bed department stocks a wide range of beds from such stockists as Hypnos, Tempur, Staples, Healthbeds and Myers to name a few.
