New club night for Lisburn launched

MOLLY’S Parlour has teamed up with Pretty Circus Promotions to create ‘Kitsch’, the new club night in Lisburn, which will be launched in Distil on Thursday November 1.

The line-up for the night includes two bands and a DJ to have you dancing the night away.

The night starts with Dirty Kansas (www.facebook.com/dirtykansas) an evil-indie 3-piece from Belfast, enjoying the dirty and grimy side of music since 2010.

Headlining will be Microlip. These lads have been doing what they do best since 2008 – writing songs and gigging. Influenced by an eclectic mix of 80s, 90s and 00s pop and rock, Microlip have developed a unique and ever-growing sound. Within twelve months of formation, Microlip were playing Northern Ireland’s top music venues and sharing stages with bands such as Two Door Cinema Club, Cashier No9, Panama Kings and General Fiasco and even making an appearance in Keith Lemon – The Movie.

Finally the legendary DJ Koncept will be coming to Distil. You may have heard his mash-ups at other clubs in Northern Ireland. He has gained notable successes on the mainland consisting of DJ battles and being a runner-up in the ‘2006 European Gong Battle’ and winning his DMC heats in Newcastle 2005 and London 2011.

Doors open at 9pm and admission is just £5.
