New Horizon festival dates confirmed

This year’s theme is Follow me: a life of selfless surrender.

The evening celebration will be led by Malcolm Duncan and Simon Guillebaud while Calisto Odede will deliver the bible readings.

Scripture Union has worked in co-operation with New Horizon for several years to provide an exciting, fun-filled varied programme of teaching and activities for those in P1 to Year 10. Activities run in the mornings from Monday to Friday and the groups are: P1-P4; P5-P7 and Y8-Y10.

The programmes for children and young people are always a really important and special part of New Horizon. Planning for these events is well underway and online registration is now available for each area.

Each morning from Monday to Friday, the Livewire team creates a fun and trendy space in which young people can explore faith issues which matter to them. Characterised by depth of teaching, engaging worship, games, activities and discussion, this is a must be at venue for all young people in year 11 and above.

On the Edge is back again this year! Geared for those in years 8-11 at The Riverside Theatre, there will be a mixture of games, drama, interviews, worship and loads of time to really engage with God.

There will be opportunity to ask big questions and hear real stories about faith. On the Edge takes place during the Evening Celebration commencing Monday evening.
