Nordic Walking this Wednesday

A unique opportunity to learn the basics of Nordic walking, an exciting outdoor walking technique using specially designed walking poles is taking place in Ballymoney on Wednesday, July 27.

Nordic walking burns on average 20% more calories than normal walking at the same speed, plus most people find it makes walking more comfortable.

More calories, less effort! Join Countryside Officers, Lindsay Dunlop (Ballymena) and Sonya Crawford (Ballymoney) for a taster session in this gentle and enjoyable walking workout.
