Old time dance

An Old Time dance will be held in Lavin Orange Hall on Friday, September 2 from 9pm til late.Music will be by Sam and Willie O’Neill. Light supper will be served.

Variety concert

Cloughmills District LOL No14 is holding a variety concert on Thursday, Septmber 8 in the Orange Gall.

The event will start at 8pm and feature Skullduggery, Diane Culbertson, Billy McFarland, Amos Gilmore, Claire Knox and other special guests.

Compere will be R Agnew. Admission £6. Everyone welcome.

Ballymoney Town Hall on Thursday 25th August at 8pm is the place to be for Claudy’s fiddling sensation Ritchie Remo will be officially launching his new album (Fiddlin around) which is available for request on all the major radio station worldwide.

Fair car boot

Another car boot sale has been organised this Saturday (August 27th) at Silvercliffs caravan park, Clare road Ballycastle.

Starting at 10am. Organisers are expecting a large turnout as this is the Lammas Fair weekend. Sellers are admitted at the cost of £5 per car and admission for buyers is free. All gate money goes to local charities. For more information contact Paul on 07549700707.

FINVOY Vintage Rally and Fun Day is being held on Saturday, September 24 from 11am to 4pm.

On display will be motorbikes, cars, tractors, lorries and stationary engines. There will also be line dancing, a car boot sale, hot food plus lots more stalls.

The field has been kindly donated by the Rea Family, Finvoy and the Hall kindly donated by the Finvoy Presbyterian Committee.

Proceeds are in aid of Love Your Lungs, Breath Easy Causeway.
