On the run for a good cause in Cookstown!

It starts and finishes at the Mid-Ulster Sports Arena and there is also a more leisurely six mile walk for those who wish to take it at an easier pace.

Organised by Declan Gormley, registration is at 11am - walkers begin at 11:30am and runners at noon.

The event is open to everyone from keen runners and fitness enthusiasts to those who simply want to help raise funds for St Vincent de Paul.

There will be refreshments afterwards at Mulligan’s bar in Cookstown.
