Our B&Bs are world class!

Representatives from Brown’s Country House, Number 10, Beulah Guest House Culerg B&B, Avarest House, Montalto House, Glenlearly Farmhouse, Carnside Guest House, Bellevue Country House, Dovetail Bed and Breakfast, Honeysuckle Cottage, Lisnagalt Lodge, Springwell Manor Health Farm, Village Lodge Cottage and Ulster Cottages received their certificates from the Mayor of Coleraine, alderman Maurice Bradley at a reception held in Cloonavin.

The programme, delivered by Jean Haworth, World Host Trainer, was originally developed in Canada, widely perceived as a global leader for customer service, and was brought to Northern Ireland by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board in partnership with the sector skills council, People 1st, to help raise service quality to international standards.

Jean said: “Customer service is a vital part of the visitor experience and this is an excellent opportunity for businesses to develop their skills to enable them to deliver world class service excellence”.
