Portrush gig for ‘Finding Albert’

SCOTTISH five piece Indie band ‘Finding ALbert’ will be visiting Portrush as part of their Northern Ireland tour.

The band, who have been regular festival performers will be at The Atlantic Bar this Friday, April 19.

Just last month, ‘Finding Albert’ released their album ‘Feints’ - a follow up to their eponymous debut album, and the ‘Life & Times’ EP in 2012. With a long-anticipated return to their hometown, they packed 1000 fans into the launch show. The album made the top 130 in the iTunes download charts, and their single ‘Disconnect’ picked up nearly 2,000 views a day in it’s first week.

It’s proven a successful formulae for the Scottish indie five-piece - coming out of nowhere in late 2011 to become regular festival performers, gaining major supports, radio and TV appearances, and most importantly, the building of a passionate and vocal support.

This new album attempts to capture the energy and intensity of the live show, whilst retaining the musicianship and detailed arrangements that have won them so many followers to date.

Catch this band who are destined for greatness this Friday night.
