Patricia demystifies this concept to take the reader on a compelling journey, learning on the way how to individuate fully.

This book grew organically from Patricia’s own experience of individuation. It was only when she decided to leave her very successful career in the hotel industry that she discovered the word ‘individuation’.

Individuation is an inner psychological process, occurring throughout our adult life, enabling us to develop and differentiate, to go into the unknown – to become who or what we are destined to become.

The book clarifies the many ways in which the presence of individuation makes itself known in our lives, and illustrates how, when we embrace it, we attract significant indicators into our lives.
