Put your best foot forward for Miss Ulster contest

SHOE boutique, Shoe La La, is set to host the Glengormley heat of the first ever Miss Ulster Competition this Saturday (October 29).

The competition, which is organised by Michelle McTernan Management, is on the lookout for girls aged between 18 to 25 years of age, who are five foot 7 or over in height and take an 8 to 10 in dress size.

Those interested in entering Clubworld Travel Miss Ulster should send a full length and head and shoulders snapshot to CityBeat, the event’s media partner before Monday, November 7.

And the CityBeat Street Team who are scouting for potential finalists over the coming weeks will be at Shoe La La at 178 Church Road between 2.15pm and 2.45pm on Saturday, October 29, so make sure you get your glad rags on and be there!

Twelve finalists will be notified and invited to a prestigious evening at the historic Stormont Buildings on November 17, where they will have the opportunity to showcase their modelling talents on a runway, clad in stunning fashion from boutiques and high street stores from around the province.
