Last year the solos recorded over 150 entries and this year it is hoped this figure can be eclipsed.

Players will be adjudicated by some of the RSPBAs most respected and experienced adjudicators.

Cullybackey PB players themselves have been very successful in the solo format over many years.

Competing this year will be world champion solo players Matthew and Marcus Wenlock. Also playing will be senior world champion finalists Jason and Jonathan Hoy alongside band colleague and fellow senior drumming finalist William Glenholmes.

Canteen facilities will be open and a raffle will be run which will ensure all members of the viewing public will be well catered for. The doors open at 10.00am.
