#ShopEatEnjoyLocal with the Causeway Coast & Glens Gift Card

There’s still time to give the gift of choice and support local businesses this Christmas with the easy to use ‘Causeway Coast & Glens Gift Card’.

A Causeway Coast and Glens Council spokesperson said: “Whether you want the reassurance of a present that will help your loved ones choose a little something for themselves, or you want to show your support for the Borough’s businesses, with the Causeway Coast & Glens Gift Card you can do both.

“The Gift Card can be purchased for any value from £10, and by promoting the vital #ShopEatEnjoyLocal message during these difficult trading times, it helps the superb local traders across the towns and villages within Causeway Coast and Glens. With fabulous flexibility, an amazing array of options and the added bonus of stress free gift giving, it’s the perfect present and a simple and safe way to say Merry Christmas.”

Encouraging people to choose the Gift Card, the Mayor of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, Alderman Mark Fielding, said: “This Christmas season, more than ever, we are urging people to do their shopping locally.

“While it has been a very difficult year for our town centres and local businesses, by buying the gift card you can make a real positive difference and support valuable jobs.

“It’s already accepted in over 200 shops and businesses across the Borough, with more stores signing up every month, so this Christmas give the gift of choice from Causeway Coast and Glens.”

The Gift Card can be purchased online at www.causewaycoastandglensgiftcard.co.uk. All orders come with free delivery until December 21 and anyone purchasing a card can choose to have it sent directly to their recipient along with a personalised message.
