Slideshow: Macmillan coffee mornings

Kettles across the borough were working extra hard recently as many charity coffee mornings were held.
At the end of September, the Year 12 Prefects and Home Economics teacher, Mrs McCabe, came together and held a coffee morning full of sumptuous cookies, cakes and buns.  This was to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. 
All teaching and non-teaching staff were invited in addition to Year 12 and Year 8 parents, enjoying delicious refreshments and a very pleasant morning.

Schools, community groups and church groups were just some of those who got involved, each providing delicious cakes and treats all in aid of a good cause.
