SONI’s live showcase returns to Hague’s

Local promoters SONI bring their popular monthly live showcase back to Hague’s Bar on Chapel Hill on Thursday March 27 and at this show they have assembled one of their finest line-ups to date.

Two of the finest live acts in Northern Ireland will top the bill this month - including headliners The Rupture Dogs, a hugely powerful and tight live band, their music combines massive grooves with clever songwriting - a heady mix of riffs, melodies and a punchy performance.

The boys are currently touring their impressive and well received debut album “Feral” - it is always a thrill to see them perform in such intimate and atmospheric surroundings.

The Unprotected will be special guests on the night - another band who know how to deliver an engaging show. Flamboyant and frequently outrageous, The Unprotected were born to entertain, and their melting pot of Glam Punk and old-school rock’n’roll is purpose built for the task.

Also just confirmed for the show is Arkham Dispatch - a Canadian band who recently relocated all the way to Belfast, and have been causing quite a stir on the scene there ever since. An earthy, rootsy rock band with impressive musicianship and an undoubted charisma, SONI looks forward to welcoming them to Lisburn for the first time.

There will also be a couple of support acts on the night, to be confirmed very soon - stay tuned to www.facebook.com/soni.live.1 for the latest on their line-ups.

Doors open at 8.30pm and admission is only £4.50 - with drinks promotions on the night and a warm, welcoming atmosphere guaranteed.
