New owner, local man Peter Nixon is excited to begin his first new business venture in this already popular bakery.

Perfectly situated on the corner of Greenvale Street and Ballymoney Street in Ballymena Town Centre, this central location with easy access to the town centre car parking is nestled between the Tower Centre and Fairhill Shopping Centres.

Offering everyone the perfect place to have a break and grab a coffee, sit down and have some lunch or meet with friends, have a chat and sample some of the best baked pastries and sweet treats in the country.

Recently awarded with a five Food Hygiene Rating the Bakery is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm and with seating for 24 people makes the eatery a popular choice for all age groups.

Sit in and take away is available all week with a range of options to choose from catering for all tastes and desires.

The sausage rolls are perfect any time of day as are the Cornish pasties, bacon and cheese puffs and all of the savoury treats, far too many to list, all served with a salad and coleslaw garnish when sitting in.

The salad bar is stocked fresh every morning with all of the vegetables and meats sourced locally offering customers the choice of a healthy salad or a freshly prepared sandwich, toastie or panini made before their eyes.

Soup and Irish stew are available six days a week, served with a slice of wheaten bread and also available for sit in or take away.

Freshly made pizza baguettes and pizza sodas are also a firm favourite with customers looking for that little something different.
