Try this... Tuna Pasta Bake

400g Sainsbury’s basics pasta, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 x 400g pack Sainsbury’s basics mushrooms, sliced, 165g cherry tomatoes, halved, 1 x 400g tin tuna in spring water, drained, 1 x 440g jar Sainsbury’s basics tomato pasta sauce, 1 x 125g Sainsbury’s basics mozzarella cheese ball, 1 large pinch dried mixed herbs, 1 pinch dried chilli flakes

1. Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to the boil, add the basics pasta shapes and cook following pack instructions.

2. Meanwhile, in a frying pan, heat the olive oil, then add the mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, until softened and coloured. Add the cherry tomatoes, tuna and tomato pasta sauce, and heat through.

3. Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat. Add the cooked and drained pasta to the tomato mixture, mix well and transfer to an ovenproof dish.

4. Tear the mozzarella cheese into pieces and scatter over the pasta. Sprinkle with the dried mixed herbs and chilli flakes, and place under the grill for 5–10 minutes, until the cheese starts to bubble, then serve.

TIP: For a change: Instead of tomatoes, you can also try adding some sliced basics peppers along with the mushrooms.
