Video: #BelowTheLine day two
This week, thousands of people are taking part in the Live Below the Line challenge, with a budget of just £1 a day to spend on food and drink, raising money for the world’s leading anti-poverty organisations.
Ballymena and Antrim Times reporter Lorna McKay has signed up to the challenge, raising money for Concern Worldwide.
Last September, Lorna travelled to Zambia with Concern, witnessing first hand the charity’s work in the Mumbwa district where the RAIN project is aiming to address chronic malnutrition in a country where one in two children are stunted because of the condition.
Watch Lorna’s video of her second day #BelowTheLine and see how she budgets her £1.
