Walk the stunning Causeway Coast for meningitis

The Foundation would like to encourage local people to take part in this stunning walk along the North Coast and help raise vital funds for the charity.

Departing from Portballintrae Car Park at approximately 2pm you will follow the path nestled between the sand dunes of Runkerry and the River Bush. Continuing along beside the steam train track the walk will veer towards Runkerry Head from there you will enjoy the stunning coastal views as you approach the Giant’s Causeway Visitors Centre. There will be a brief opportunity for light refreshments before returning to the car park in Portballintrae.

This is an opportunity to enjoy a beautiful walk while supporting a very worthwhile cause. It is still the case that meningitis and septicaemia kill more children under 5 than any other infectious disease.
