WATCH: Drama group kids staying positive at home

The video was the idea of Ballymoney woman Martina McAfee, the owner of Be Unique Drama School which provides drama and dance classes for children in Ballymoney, Coleraine, Ballycastle and other towns on the north coast.

Martina explained: “Last week we asked our students, friends and followers to send us in a clip of them staying at home during this strange time.... while still showing us all how important it is to dance and smile! 
“We think this video brings people together, from all different walks of life and various ages, to show how everyone is doing their very best to stay positive.
“We wanted to promote the message ‘stay at home until safe to do otherwise’ and in the meantime, be sure to find a reason to smile!

“As the song says ‘Sometimes you gotta stay in’. The song was also produced and sung by our staff member Warren McCook. It’s called My House and we call the challenge the #MyHouseChallenge.

“It was great to have not only our Be Unique children and team involved but also local business owners such as Winnie Mellet and Gordy Elliott, famous faces such as the comedian William Caulfield and actresses such as Claire Connor-Boyd, all celebrating staying at home!”
