23-year-old Carter grew up in Livepool, but has strong Irish roots.

His folks are originally from Newry and as a youngster he made many trips to Ireland.

He first stepped onto a stage at the tender age of four. He began to play the accordion and became head chorister in the Liverpool boys choir, touring the world with the choir and even sang for the Pope.

On a trip to Donegal in April 2009, where Nathan was appearing at a concert in Buncrana, he met with songwriter John Farry, who was hugely impressed with Nathan`s performance, and in a few short months Nathan`s dream of performing with his own band became a reality.

We’ve got ONE pair of tickets for Nathan’s show at Glenarm Castle on July 14.
