World Cup fever hits Down RoyalPark Course

The Green Restaurant at Down Royal Park Golf Course has been taken over by World Cup fever as part of Lisburn Restaurant Week.

Head Chef Gareth Toman has taken inspiration from the forthcoming 2014 World Cup and developed a Latino style South American themed menu with an array of exciting dishes from Brazil to Chile to Peru.

Included are ‘Chimichurri Chimicurri’ (steak sandwich), ‘Chancaca’ (glazed salmon with pineapple salsa), ‘Frango Galinha’ (grilled chicken) and much more.

An alternative ‘Wine and Dine £10’ menu will also be available for the more reserved taste buds.

Both menus will be served from Tuesday to Sunday 12 noon – 7pm.

Gareth and his team look forward to welcoming you during Lisburn Restaurant Week at Down Royal Park Golf Course. As part of the celebrations, there will be children’s activities and entertainment on Saturday 21st June from 9am – 3pm with free entry followed by live music from 6pm in the bar with local musician Chris Millford.
