Groundwork NI, in partnership with Incredible Edible Cloughmills, is delighted to announce a 1-day training session which will take place on Saturday 14th May at Cloughmills Community Centre.

The session has been designed specifically for people who are keen to start growing their own fruit and vegetables. It is aimed at complete novices and for those who have a little experience in growing but are keen to learn more. The training session will run from 10.00am-4.00pm and will focus on a diverse range of topics such as assessing your growing space, soil and composting, vegetable selection, herb & fruit gardens, growing within a limited space, crop rotation, seed sowing & transplanting, companion planting and finally natural pest & disease control.
