13-year-old who went missing in Cookstown found a day later
The 13-year-old girl who went missing in Cookstown on Thursday evening was found on Friday night and has been safely returned to a family member.
Police put out an appeal for information on the child’s whereabouts on Friday afternoon, saying they and her family were “becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare”.
She was last seen at 5.40pm on Thursday, 5 May in the Millburn Street area of Cookstown, but was recovered on Friday night.
