16 acres availablein West Tyrone
Invest NI holds one hundred and nineteen acres of land at four locations across West Tyrone, according to the Trade Minister Arlene Foster.
She revealed: “Whilst the majority of this land has been developed and is occupied by businesses there remain sixteen acres available to support business development.
“This land is proactively marketed to potential investors, both indigenous and foreign direct.
“The final decision on investment location, however, rests solely with the investor.”
