20 new jobs for Coleraine

A Coleraine based business that offers customers online insurance protection is to create 20 new customer experience jobs within its Coleraine headquarters on the back of company’s continued growth over the past 12 months.

MCL Insurance Services announced the job creation at the Coleraine call centre thanks to the phenomenal growth of the company’s flagship brands; 25+, Its4Women and BoxyMo.

In April, the company announced the launch of its new online chat module which was designed and built by its sister company, Dotsys ltd. as a move towards an exclusively online business model which will see customers select, purchase and manage their policies online.

Since announcing the creation of 17 jobs in December 2014, MCL Insurance Services has experienced a further sales increase of 100% and now hosts an excess of 80,000 policy holders across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Managing Director, Gary McClarty believes the company’s investment into creating a better online experience for users has significantly impacted the demand for policies across its brands.

He commented:“The innovative application of our Dotsys software to handle online chat and call requests has been key to our recent success. We have successfully developed a system which is not only user friendly but makes the process of purchasing competitive car insurance much easier for our customers.

“The new positions will help expand and improve the customer service offering, with growth across the online chat and outbound call handling teams. The additional 20 jobs will bring our team to 92 in our new grade A offices in Coleraine where I hope to continue creating more jobs for local people over the next 12 months as the company goes from strength to strength.”
