24-year-old woman charged with criminal damage to Cookstown pub

A 24-year-old woman has been charged with criminal damage after two windows were broken at the Dunleath Bar in Cookstown in the early hours of Friday morning.

The young woman is due to appear before Dungannon Magistrates Court on Friday, 16 October.

She was first arrested by police in the Stewart Avenue area of Cookstown on Saturday morning, but was bailed to return to a PSNI station for questioning at a later date.

A police spokesperson said at the time: “The arrest follows criminal damage at commercial premises on Church Street, Cookstown which was reported on the morning of Friday 18 September.”
