Councillor Guy was the leader of the Ulster Unionist Party members on the previous City Council. He pointed to the fact that a meeting has been arranged by the Chief Electoral Officer for the province, Mr Patrick Bradley, with his Deputy Electoral Officers. Councillor Guy said he understands there will be an emphasis on the identity of electors.
