48k over-65s by 2021 in WHSCT
We're getting older and older with the number of pensioners projected to have increased to almost 50,000 across the Western Trust by 2021.
In 2006, there were 32,066 people aged over 65 in the Western Trust area but this rose to 36,312 in 2011; to 39,796 in 2014; and will reach 48,880 in 2021.
