54 homes plannedfor Springtown
A local company has applied for permission to build 54 new homes at the Springtown Road near Hazelbank.
Hartlands (NI) Ltd. wants to build the houses and flats on a site beside Sheriff’s Glen on the Springtown Road.
The application is for the “erection of 54 dwellings consisting of 48 houses and six apartments, car parking, landscaping and ancillary development with access arrangements from Springtown Road.”
