6 kids removed dueto emotional abuse
Six children were removed from their parents or guardians in the Western Trust between October 2013 and October 2014 due to emotional abuse, according to the Western Trust.
During the same period the Western Trust had a record of 524 children in care across the health authority.
No children removed from their homes due to emotional abuse were returned home and no parent or guardian whose children were removed due to emotional abuse were charged during that 12 month period.
