69 patients waited up to 12 hours at city’s A&E
SIXTY-NINE patients attending Altnagelvin A&E over Friday/Saturday, June 24-25, waited between 4 and 12 hours from arrival to departure.
Just one patient had to wait longer than 12 hours with the vast majority of 230 being seen within four hours.
Health Minister Edwin Poots revealed the information in response to an Assembly Question tabled by SDLP MLA John Dallat.
