Seventy-nine year-old Frankie Gervin has been adding to the fascinating collection of festive decorations every year for more than a decade, and has been “inundated” with passers-by eager to capture a photo of his work.

Frankie’s son, also Frankie, told the TIMES: “Everybody looks forward to my father putting this up and he adds something new to it every year. He makes all the figures and decorations himself, they are all hand carved from polystyrene.”

Mr Gervin Snr, a builder and joiner by trade, uses power tools to allow the figures to move, with one even gliding on the ice!
