A word from the headmaster

IN 1991 the parents and Board of Governors decided to amalgamate the girls and boy's schools with the expectation of having a new school building on one site.

Nineteen years later it has finally arrived! Mr Magee states "It's been a long wait for everybody! There are even some children from 1991 enrolment who will at least have their own children enrolled in this new school".

The wait has been worthwhile "let's face it if we had got a new school in 1991 we would need a new school now" joked Mr Magee. It's wonderful to see all the new equipment and state of the art facilities.

"Our school motto of 'Do your best and nothing less' will certainly be achievable. Mr Magee congratulated the Ballymoney Times on its 20th Birthday and said, just think we're 19 years old, almost twins!"
