A8 repairs are now almost complete
A ROUTINE maintenance programme on the A8 Harbour Highway is nearing completion, the DRD Roads Service has said.
Strengthening work on the flyover has been on going for some months and the final phase entails concrete and steel repairs to the underside of the deck.
Last week, plastic covers were erected around the concrete supports where the dual carriageway crosses over Glynn Road. A spokesperson for DRD said it is expected the work will be completed in around three weeks.
