AA hold gratitude week Meeting
THE Ballymena group of Alcoholics Anonymous are holding a week of gratitude from April 21-27 and to celebrate are hosting an open Public Meeting at their 21AA Fountain Place base on Friday, April 26, at 8.30pm.
The meeting is open to all those in the community who are interested in the problems of the suffering alcoholic.
Speakers will be AA members who will commit on their past problems with alcohol and their recovery through the programme of Alcoholics Anonymous.
Also present will be a speaker from the fellowship Al Anon, which is for the relatives or friends of alcoholics, and also a doctor who will give a current and professional view on alcoholism.
