Suzy said: ‘I would encourage all you dare devils and adrenaline junkies out there to sign up to this very exciting event. It is definitely not for the faint hearted as I well found out and I only managed to take in the natural beauty of the cliffs and crashing waves once my feet were on terra firma. This will be an experience you will be talking about for years to come.”

Suzy added: “Events like this abseil help fund providing hours of nursing care in the local community.

“The care and support given to patients is provided free of charge to patients and their families.

“Care costs millions to provide and the charity depends on the support of the public to fund its services. By signing up to this event you will be helping us to continue reaching many patients and their families here in Northern Ireland. ”
