Accused of having indecent images of children
The case of a Lurgan man accused of having indecent photographs of children was adjourned last Wednesday for a further update on September 28.
Martin Henderson (48), whose address was given to the court as Woodville Street, Lurgan, is charged that on June 6 this year he made an indecent photograph or pseudo photograph of a child.
He faces further charges of possession of an indecent photograph or pseudo photograph of children and that he distributed or showed an indecent photograph or pseudo photograph of a child.
A public prosecutor asked for an adjournment saying there were some outstanding statements.
