Action sought onBallyclosh Lane
Roads Service have been asked to extend gritting of the Old Cullybackey Road as far down as the Ballyclosh Lane.
Paul Frew MLA says the area has a considerable collision history, stating: “This is a dangerous spot where large trees shade the road and stop the sun thawing the road surface at this point and there are other parts along the road which are as equally as dangerous. I would ask them to reconsider this stretch of road because they already do part of it and they could quite easily complete a circuit that fits in and compliments their current route.”
