Address scourge of dog fouling
Election candidate Nigel Gardiner has appealed to Derry City Council to do more to rid public spaces of dog fouling.
Stressing the health risk, he said: “Some dog owners are responsible and carry bags with them, others don’t. The council needs to take action.”
