Adger looking forward to start of work
Councillor Beth Adger said she hopes work on the Wakehurst Road pavement begins sooner rather than later.
At last Thursday’s meeting of the planning committee members heard that work began on resurfacing schemes in Ballymena on August 28. However Councillor Adger said that work which is due to take place on the Wakehurst Road pavement has yet to begin.
She said: “I was on that road today and there was no sign of the work. This particular stretch of the pavement is particularly bad. Can I ask could we get a date for when this work is starting?”
