A MAN said to have a "significant record" admitted a charge of disorderly behaviour at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
As the case came before District Judge Alan White on Thursday he remarked on the record
The court was told Michael Gerald McCreanor (27) of Castle Lane Mews, Lurgan had been released form prison in December last year and had committed the disorderly behaviour offence in May of this year.
Mr White told the defendant he might not go back into custody if he co-operated with the Probation Service.
He adjourned the case until November 18 so a Probation Service report could be prepared.
