Admitted stealing a bicycle
A 21-year-old man who is in breach of suspended sentences will be sentenced next month at Craigavon Magistrates Court for theft and criminal damage.
At last Friday’s court Jonathon Hall, Flush Place, Lurgan, admitted stealing a bicycle on June 13 this year and criminal damage to a door between February 19 and February 23.
A solicitor representing Hall said he was in breach of two suspended sentences.
He had also received community service which was continuing at present.
District Judge, Mr Mervyn Bates, adjourned the matter until September 2 so that a pre-sentence report could be obtained.
