The court heard that when police went to the car park they saw the defendant sitting in a car which had the engine running.

There was a smell of intoxicating liquor on her breath and a preliminary breath test gave a reading of 101.

At Lurgan custody suite an evidential test gave a reading of 103 - the legal limit is 35.

Taggart was deeply remorseful for her actions and admitted to having a drinking problem.
